The good news about the new Starz series Spartacus: Blood and Sand? There will apparently be a lot of full-frontal male nudity. The bad news? A lot of the penises will be prosthetic because the actors were insecure about their chodes. The best news? There will be some same-sex pairings, which gives me hope for Roman butt-sex orgies.
In other gay television news, SyFy has responded to GLAAD's failing grade on the Network Responsibility Index by promising more diversity in the near future. Their upcoming series Stargate Universe and Caprica will feature prominent LGBT characters, all of which are married. One of the Caprica characters is in a communal marriage with both heterosexual and homosexual pairings, so even the polygamous folks are getting some love!
