Scott Evans and Brett Claywell’s Gay Kiss On One Life To Live

We wrote about One Life to Live's gay plotline a while back, but now the moment has finally come in which Oliver and Kyle suck on one another's faces. Even though the scene was surprisingly acted and written decently, I couldn't help but chuckle a little at the melodramatic nature of the final moment. What more could I expect from a daytime soap opera?

Kudos to Brett Claywell and Scott Evans (Chris Evans' openly gay brother) for making it work! Let's just hope that we get to see a little bit of the "things they did in college". I haven't been this excited about a soap opera since Bianca came out on All My Children. Not that I watch them or anything…

  1. Why these good material (meaning the boys) are wasting their time in soap operas, when they could easilly go to movies or porn! Anyway, does the other actor is gay as well, or just scott?

  2. I agree with Jimm; I was laughing like a school-girl. But for what it is worth, it’s pretty impressive that a soap can even have 2 guys kissing. Making progress – slowly, but making progress all the same. [stepping down from “soap” box now]

  3. This is what irritates me about gay men, always trying to tell a bisexual male he is gay.If the man has a sexual attraction to his woman,he is not gay.It is ridiculous for gay men to ignore a males attraction to women and place emphasis on his attraction to men in attempt to impose there lifestyle on these men.It is gay men like the dark haired one that fuel the disdain downlow men have for openly gays.Unfortunately not all openly gays live in this right, left, gay or straight, nothing inbetween world.
