Some good and bad news on Proposition 8. A group of Hollywood professionals have begun a campaign featuring the above advertisement. HOMOTracker will feature ads with Molly Ringwald and Margaret Cho and are based on the "I’m a PC, I’m a Mac" ads. I think they are great and have a lot of potential to bring the youth vote back.
Not so good was the news that an opponent of the Proposition stole signs and assaulted a a man who was working to pass the ban. It is definitely something proponents can use for propaganda, and have already begun to do so… Oh, and Ellen DeGeneres cut a PSA opposing the ban!
