Whether you think Carrie Prejean's a terrible bigot or believe that she was right to stand by her beliefs, I'm sure we can all agree that Perez Hilton isn't dealing with this whole Miss USA fiasco in the most intelligent manner. Fighting ignorance with hate and snarky jabs isn't exactly the most effective method of hurtling us towards Equalia.
Luckily, something good came out of the chaos. Teen pop-star Miley Cyrus has been twittering back and forth with the gossip queen, and it looks like she's on our side . And by "she", we mean Cyrus. In response to Hilton, the "See You Again" singer tweeted that "gods greatest commandment is to love. and judging is not loving."
It's good to know that the Hannah Montana star is all about the "Best of Both Worlds". You know, it's all about being able to choose between same-sex marriage and opposite marriage. Sorry, I just couldn't resist that one…
