As indicated in the above screen-cap from their site, the California Supreme Court will be issuing their decision on Proposition 8 this Tuesday, May 26th. This time it's official, not just a rumor.
Though it was previously rumored that Gavin Newsom had asked the Supreme Court to delay announcing their decision, his offices have issued a statement denying this claim.
Some speculated that Newsom's alleged opposition to the decision coinciding with the White Night riots might be bad news. Since such an opposition never happened, let's keep hoping for good news!
