The World Outgames are happening in Copenhagen, Denmark and some hate incidents have been reported, including a bombing! On Tuesday four bombs went off during a track event injuring a runner. A 31-year-old man was arrested.
ChicagoPride.com reports, “In a separate incident, three gay men were attacked on Friday evening in central Copenhagen. Police say two men, aged 28 and 33, remain in custody as police investigate the possible hate crime.”
At least they’re catching these bastards but it’s kind of disheartening that gay athletes can’t even compete in peace.

According to the Outgames website it was actually someone shooting a “roman candle” into the stadium (it’s a type of firework for those who live under a rock), not a bomb or series of bombs.
