The reason the pics on manhunt are scant is because most guys are hiv+ and pose a threat to young people as myself.

also while on the subject….hiv is transmitted by having unsafe sex, transmission of bodily fluids or sharing needles (drugs) with someone who is hiv+, not because they don’t have a picture in their profile. Most hiv+ guys, myself included, are upfront about their status, yet many of those who infect someone, are those that lie about their status just to get laid or they don’t know their status and continue to practice unsafe sex. and those guys on PReP+, the drug may help lessen their chances of getting hiv, but it isn’t a given. So if you want to protect yourself, educate yourself on what is and isn’t safe and treat every guy as if he is hiv+.
As I said before your ingnorance about this subject is the greatest threat to you, not the fact that someone doesn’t have a picture in their profile.

I agree than manhunt has become bughunt lately with some people using prep as the end all-be all…but every person is different and have their own agenda. I don’t see the connection between pics and poz tho…..

While I can’t speak for people living with HIV or individuals taken PrEP, I don’t think they’d appreciate that term being associated with that term.
I’m not going to disagree that people should make good choices. The definition of “good” may vary from person to person, though.

I have gay friends from college, they are married, happy, and stay off chat rooms and apps. They knew the class of people that use them where i didn’t I found out the hard way. Dying from Oral sexy with multiple organ issues from a man more than 2 x my age is my fault. But i didn’t need help screwing up my young life and paying 6 grand for disability and 3 grans for bankruptcy student loans and credit etc. I can barely walk from joint pain. I made him feel good. Think what u want, my own DR said she hears a lot about manhunt and many new guys come to her with fears of infection.
