Michael Phelps Diet

He’s such a hot topic, let’s blog about him! So, I haven’t
really gotten into the 2008 Beijing Olympics except for the Opening Ceremonies, which I thought was just
fantabulous! As if you didn’t know
already, Michael Phelps is this huge Olympic Star and he has received 11 Gold Medals
underneath his swimming trunks- making him the biggest sports dude in the
entire Universe. He stands at 6’4”, 195
lb. and consumes 12,000 calories of mostly carbohydrates per day.

Here is what’s in his diet:

  • 3 fried egg sandwiches with cheese,
    lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions, and mayonnaise
  • 2 cups of coffee
  • 5 egg omelet
  • 1 bowl of grits
  • 3 slices of French toast with powdered sugar
  • 3 chocolate chip pancakes
