Splurge24 on YouTube might not be dancing shirtless to a Britney Spears song like Michael Dimartino, but he sure is funny to watch. We've all seen his obsession with Bette Midler and bacon, now lets all sit back and watch as he complains talks about dating etiquette. **8 minutes later** Geez, this guy doesn't shut up. He gives Dr. Queerlove a run for his money. By the look of things, it seems like Splurge goes on "dates" often. Do you guys agree with what Splurge has to say?

He’s kind of obnoxious, but I agree with most of the stuff he says, especially about conversation. There are so many people that SUCK at it!!!

I think he is right on the money with this. I have been on dates or talked to guys who gave me one word answers and it was so frustrating trying to talk when they do that. I would resort to doing the my story conversation (me talking about my self till I can run away lol).
I must say one thing more I am very introverted so it is difficult for ppl like me to open up alot.
In my opinion ppl should have soem personality analysis info to be able to know how to interact with ppl.

Maybe his dates were bored as soon as they saw him. I was once on a date with someone who looked … well… like him.. and i was so off that I couldnt get myself to talk at all.. I probably was one of the obnoxious people who did everything wrong – one word answers, no questions, twiddling thumb, looking at my watch etc.. slightly disrespectful, but does this guy have any idea that its probably HE that is uninteresting to his dates?

I think he should keep his mouth shut about heterosexual dating and paying… It’s hardly a world we live in now that all men make more money than all women… I think he shouldstick to his original rule, whoever asks them out and plans it should pay.
