Spoiler alert? Last night's Gossip Girl ménage à trois participants were none other than Dan Humphrey, his girlfriend Olivia and his best friend Vanessa. I don't even watch the show anymore, and I could have told you that. This is another example of the CW generating a whole lot of publicity for an event that isn't really that exciting.
I've read that a few folks are disappointed that the threesome didn't involve any guy-on-guy action. I mean, did you really expect the show to go there? They were already getting enough shit from the Parents Television Council for airing a three-way. Do you think this episode would have even aired if it incorporated bisexual butt-sexin'? Methinks not.
The good news? Lady Gaga will be performing her single "Bad Romance" on next week's episode, which is guaranteed to be amazing. The bad news? We've been promised steamy flashbacks from the threesome, which are guaranteed to not involve close-ups of Penn Badgley's taint. Loose translation? It will be just as disappointing.
