A California State Senator was arrested for drunk driving on Wednesday. But the really juicy part is where he was coming from… a gay club!
That bit of news is only juicy because Roy Ashburn is very anti-gay with his votes in the legislature, which makes him a total hypocrite. Yes, we have another hypocrite anti-gay lawmaker who's actually gay, is this even a surprise at this point? Oh, he also happens to be married with 4 kids…
When asked about his sexuality in a previous interview, Ashburn answered, "Why would that be anyone's business? Including The Californian's? I think there are certain subjects that are simply not relevant and this is one of them. It has no bearing on the job I do."

I am a fairly recent transplant to CA and haven’t heard this anywhere else…seems like it’s getting buried…
This needs “much” more coverage…assholes like this should have to deal with this again and again, and maybe they will get an idea of what it is like to be the underdog!
