I'm not really sure if I believe this or not, but according to Exposay, Lady Gaga has no money. That's right, the bitch is supposedly broke. Even though she has 3 hit singles and a multi-platinum album, Gaga insists that she is broke because her shows and crazy costumes cost so much.
"I've gone bankrupt about four times now. My manager wants to shoot me… Every dollar I earn goes on the show. Now we're finally getting to a place where it's not bankruptcy," says the "Love Game" singer.
Hmmm… back when Rihanna was starting to get famous, there were rumors that the good girl was going broke with only $20,000 in her bank account. Look at where Rihanna is now. I highly doubt Gaga is going broke. She writes all her songs, has hit singles, a multi-platinum album and a hit tour. Maybe the she needs to lay off the wacky costumes once in a while. Any who, broke or not, keep churning those hits Gaga!

If she’s doing that badly, she could sell like…10% of her wardrobe and probably bank from all of the crazies who would buy that shit.
From all of the footage I’ve seen, she rarely reuses costume pieces, so why not just sell them, at least to pay off the cost of new shit.

It sounds like you’re thinking like a business person. Often performers, who are crazed about producing an attractive PRODUCT, do not really consider finance.
They’re good at 1 skill but not well rounded in important areas.
It’s the same reason why very smart executives can’t figure out why their auto company is going broke. They know all about policy and procedure but are very bad at analyzing trends or seeing the big picture.
Business is a TEAM SPORT. She probably sees her business more like a hobby.
No doubt she probably was short on cash when she was building her name and creating her image but I highly doubt that she is now. Its like the popular thing to say that your giving it all back to the fans. Love her outfits though! Her style is amazing!!!!

So no one has heard of TLC or Toni Braxton? Nobody makes money off of albums and singles, especially not women who spend all their money on costumes and stuff. Lady Gaga needs to go on tour – that’s when you start to earn a profit.
Based on what happened with other performers, like TLC I would say she is broke, she was probably signed to a ridicously bad contract because it seemed as she was going to be a one hit wonder, now I admit I bought the whole album and am a fan, but I can see from the record label point that she didn’t (and still doesn’t) seem like a multi-album and long term artist.
