Secretary of State Hillary Clinton spoke about the proposed law criminalizing homosexuality in Uganda after a speech at Georgetown University.
This law is intense and scary, and parts of it call for the execution of all gay men and women! We haven't heard much from the Government, but Hillary spoke out in more detail than we're used to hearing.

Good post and I’m glad that this is getting some coverage, but is Hillary always so bad at public speaking? She “um”ed and “ah”ed her way through that whole thing. She really didn’t seem to be very focussed.
