Here’s Cut Copy’s New Single “Free Your Mind” Starring A Shirtless Alexander Skarsgård

Australian synth-pop group, Cut Copy, have just released the music video for their single “Free Your Mind”, the title track from their forthcoming album of the same name. As you’ll see below, it features the lovely Alexander Skarsgård.

This is Cut Copy’s fourth album, and as The Guardian suggests, “it was inspired by the desire to create the next great youth movement.” And look, that’s all well and good, but can we all just stare at Alexander Skarsgard’s exceptional torso for a minute?

I mean, it’s just so mesmerizing and what’s more, he never seems to put a foot wrong, with his project choices. On one end of the spectrum, you’ve got his work in the increasingly absurd and lurid True Blood and then you have him popping up in Melancholia and the music video for Lady Gaga’s “Paparazzi“, which was possibly her most high concept music video, or at least one of her most laboriously post modern, before she had really seriously become the massive product she is today. And now there’s this. Yes, there’s a genuine edge to Mr. Skarsgård, and it’s not just the ridges of his abs – ha haaaa…
