When I turned the radio on this morning and heard Michael Jackson on three different stations I was a little confused, until I remembered that this is the 1-year anniversary of his death. The point here isn’t necessarily to idolize him but it was a huge event and probably deserves a little attention.
I know I’ll be listening to MJ all day! More interestingly, the picture above is a never-before released photo from French photographer Arno Bani in 1999 and I thought it was really cool, he’s very drag-a-licious in it!
So rest in peace MJ, but we can all still enjoy some songs!

That’s an awesome pic…He’s definately missed…His estate should release more of his music.
While its the same that when a famous person dies they get a new career life but can anyone ever had such a relaunch as MJ – a year ago and a week ago the world treated him as a freak and worst – it is good to see his music and talent getting the praise it was always due but the way the people who dammed him the day before his death but now are glowing in praise on the anniversery makes this one year mark seem rather hollow
I refuse to accept that he is gone. There hardest thing of my generation.

Uh Farrah was NOWHERE on MJ’s level. NO-WHERE! Just some blonde.
It still doesn’t feel real that he’s gone.. He’s had such an impact on music; rock, pop, rnb, etc…

Tim I think Farrah was so courageous 2 battle such a horrible disease N such a public way . Granted she was not MJ but she was so much more than SOME BLONDE ! As far as it goes 2 Farrah passing on the same day as MJ N many ways I think MJ did Farrah family a favor because they ( Farrah Family ) finally got the chance 2 privately grieve ..
I agree, BJH. As a cancer survivor, she is a heroine to me. She’s much more than just some blonde.
