Britney Releases “Radar” as Album’s Fourth Single

Britney Spears, Circus

Britney Spears' selection for the fourth single off Circus is sure to garner a "WTF?" reaction from fans. Brace yourselves Brit-faces, because it's been confirmed that "Radar" will follow "If U Seek Amy" as the next track to hit the airwaves.

"Radar" appeared on Spears' last album Blackout, and it's inclusion on Circus confused many fans. Rumor has it that the song's producers, Bloodshy & Avant, were promised that the song would be an official single.

Since B was so far into crazy-town that she couldn't even appear in the third video for Blackout ("Break the Ice"), the label made up for the promise by putting the song on her next album. I sure as hell didn't expect them to release it as a single!

  1. It’s really the only song by her I like. I’m glad she’s making this a single. It was good enough to be on two albums and to be a single.

  2. WTF mate?! it was already semi-released in Australia after Break the Ice. it charted, even, in 2007. two years later, what a joke.

  3. ye true, it was sorta released in some territories in 2007, and on itunes some weird remix pack as well.
i went ‘wtf?’ when i saw it on circus, and now my reaction is ‘WTF!!?????’
the only logical explanation is that it was promised to be a single as it’s mentioned in the article. i guess bloody shy & avant told brit’s producers that they either release it as a single or they’d give it some other artist who would sure release it as a single. (rihanna maybe lol. sounds her style)
anyway, very disappointing, but i guess they have to do it if they signed some agreements.
very pity. it will certainly flop as a single.
