Little known fact about my lovely co-blogger Andy? He's absolutely obsessed with Ke$ha. While I'd love to join him by indulging in this guilty pleasure, the truth is that I experience absolutely no pleasure when this chick's voice meets my ears. If I had a choice, I would only listen to her music in situations that involves hot guys dancing to it.
With that said, her new single "Blah Blah Blah" has just received the video treatment, which means it'll probably be inescapable for the next couple of months. I don't plan on seeing this video more than once, but I might consider watching a clip of you jerking off to this song… on mute. Wow, this video is so damn trashy, but her songs are pretty catchy, and judging from interviews she seems like a pretty cool chick.
Would love to see her do a stripped acoustic version of ANYTHING though just to see if she has any real chops.
I really like Ke$ha at the moment. I was a hater, but then when I listened to her album I was hooked. Not saying I am a fan for life….I will probably lose interest in a few weeks, as is the case with most mainstream artists these days, but right now I am loving it!

Personally I love Ke$ha. I know that songs like this are pretty terrible but they are so much fun.
And for people who want to know if she can actually sing just look up old demos. Her original stuff was actually a little more pop/rock/country but this is what sells these days.

er wrong. There’s some really good music out there, but lets be honest. No one is looking to dance to the music thats worth listening too. Therefor this “slag” totally has a legit place right now, it’s catchy, and fun. Enough said.
