OMG, have you been watching the new season of Jersey Shore? Because maybe you can fill me in on all the stupid shit they do on that show. Even though I’ve never watched a single episode, that hasn’t stopped me from shamefully drooling over pictures of the cast members.
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino hit the beach with his pals Vinny Guadagnino and Ronnie Magro, and the paparazzi captured a few shots of them in action. The only thing that could have made this better? If they weren’t such arrogant douchebags… though “if this were a nude beach” comes in as a close second.

I think they r somewhat attractive and again I’d sleep with them if they managed to keep quiet, but not marry them….
they seem to be douchey, yeah….. would probably not be able to hold a conversation with them (have never watched the show, btw)….. but when the clothes are off, the spray tan and hair gel is washed out, I think good times could be had….

These clowns personify everything that gives Italian Americans from New Jersey a bad name: they’re muscle-headed, no brained, ill-mannered, disrespectful to women (except, perhaps to their “mommies”), wannabies who have no idea of even achieving any type of life goals. People criticized the characters on The Sopranos…they should take a look at these idiots…
Oh, and “NO!” I do not find them attractive at all. There are plenty of Italian guys in NJ who are far better looking and better examples of MEN to look up to then this bunch. Wake up fellas.

The situation is absolutely ugly, Ronnie is bleh and the other guy who’s name I forget is forgettable (obviously)!!!

Everyone is trying to capitalize on this New Jersey craze; E!, Oxygen, MTV, and Bravo just to name a few. But what the people on these shows don’t seem to realize is that they just look silly and they make their entire state look bad.
af as far as Jersey shore goes it is NOT their state most if not all are from elsewhere!
I don’t see what the big deal is about these guys, they are nothing special. I could do clubbing here on the weekend and find dozens of better looking guys.
The Mike guy has a nice body but he looks like he got hit in the face by a bus. So even though he has a nice body I would still not do him because I could never get over his ugly face.

@andy23, I am aware of that. But it’s not like they put a disclaimer at the begining of the show and say “hey these people aren’t from here”, why not? because they want people to watch the show….
As well as Jersey housewives, Jersey Couture, Jerseylicious and all the rest of the shows. They’re marketing the casts as being from Jersey and basically making it look like people from Jersey are greasy, dramatic, and uneducated.

Yeah I’m just doing my part to spread to everyone else that this is not the NJ i group up in, I used to be okay saying I’m from Southern NJ but now if I mention it all I get is this ghastly look followed by some reference to this excrement.
it is weird that, for many years, Jersey always seemed to be the butt of a joke, or a punch line….
like you’d always hear someone say that “Jersey is one of the arm pits of America” or that “she looks so Jersey” etc….
this is more like 80s and 90s stuff……. (totally dating myself here hehehehe – was born in early 70s)
so in a weird way this whole Jersey phenomenon is sort of subverting that….. by showing how ridiculous the stereotypes are, they hold up a mirror to the ones passing on judgment……

As a resident of New Jersey ( born & raised ) I personally feel that the Jersey Shore gives all New Jerseyan ( with a brain ) a bad name !! That show is a terrible representation as 2 what the good People of the Garden State R all about ….
