Pump Your Face Full Of “Silicone” With Detox, Willam Belli, and Vicky Vox!

Detox might not have made the final three on Drag Race (and no offense to any of those three but she should have), but she’ll always retain a place in our hearts. Her completely artificial face and body, cutting wit, and taste in couture will always reserve her a place in the hierarchy of drag queen greatness. Playing off her admission that she’s had everything done to herself plastic surgery-wise save for a face transplant, Detox created this parody song called “Silicon.” It’s a take-off of Robyn’s “Dancing On My Own” and I’d rather watch Detox (and pals Willam and Vicky aka DWV) belt out a Robyn parody than watch that busted Lena Dunham dance to the real thing. I kid, Lena’s tremendous. We all danced with her during that scene, right?

These three should just cut an album already.

  1. you know detox did porn too, right? If you watch this, I apologize in advance

  2. i never, in a million years, thought that i’d love drag queens as much as I do now! thank you rupaul! these bitches need to be superstars already!

  3. Detox is amazing. Her monochromatic male-up look with the Mugler dress was the best thing that ever occured on Rupaul’s Drag Race in 5 seasons, and yes I’ve been watching since 2008.

This being said the lyrics in this song don’t flow very naturally, and even though I love the concept , some parts sound a little too contrived .
