Disney's pretty much ditched traditional animation and fairy tales in favor of all that three-dimensional hullaballoo. Now, they may have a chance to bring back that magic with The Princess and The Frog. Could it actually be possible that this is the next Little Mermaid? I have to admit… I'm rooting for this movie solely on the grounds of Anika Noni Rose's vocal contributions. Even though J. Hud stole the show in Dreamgirls, I feel like Anika's performance was highly underrated. And have you seen her on The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency? She's not only adorable, but full of talent. Work it out, girl!
