Gay DJ Under House Arrest for Having Unprotected Sex

Joshua Weaver

Gay DJ Joshua Waldon Weaver is in hot water for having unprotected sex and not revealing his HIV-positive status in Raleigh, North Carolina. Weaver was on probation for the same crime, having unprotected sex with three individuals while not revealing his status.

While on probation, oops! he did it again. Weaver contracted another STD, which led authorities to believe he was up to his old tricks. He has been sentenced to 6 months of house arrest, where he will not be allowed to leave his house, though I'm sure he could easily have a guest over. He will also undergo a psychiatric evaluation to figure out what his problem is, wear a freakin' condom, it's not that hard!

The idea of the government taking steps in regard to someone's private sex life may turn some off, but for people like Weaver, who are infecting others for whatever selfish reason, it just maybe the only route to take… What do others think about this issue?

  1. Its a shame that he did it again. He was my boyfriend at the time of the first court date. I told him not to fuck anyone without a condom. i said he got a slap on the wrist from the DA the first time…He broke up with me after we got him out of trouble 5 days after the fact, he fucked someone else days later unprotected, and lands himself in jail….again! Siiiigh
