William Balfour has been charged with three counts of first degree murder and one charge of home invasion. Balfour who was the prime suspect in the murders of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew is now in jail at the Cook County Jail and was recently denied bail.
Authorities found gun residues on the car that Balfour drove the the Hudson house and have evidence that disproved all of his alibis. Things are not looking good for Balfour. I will keep you guys updated as more information is released.
