This is my obligatory entry about Will Young‘s “I Just Want A Lover”. The song’s music video has been posted on nearly every gay blog in existence by now, and if you haven’t watched it yet, you need to stop all that mayhem and foolishness and get with the program. Will spends the majority of this clip living out one of my ultimate fantasies—performing an interpretative dance in an empty parking lot with a shopping cart. It’s beautiful. It feels like his moves were stolen directly out of my brain.
Meanwhile, the song itself is giving me some serious Robin Thicke and Justin Timberlake vibes. Loose translation? This makes me want to fuck. More importantly, it makes me want to fuck Will Young, a situation that could actually happen if he weren’t too pretty and famous for me. Yup! In case you didn’t know, Will’s “family”.

Will Young just gets better and better, in my opinion. I have a total crush on him, I’ll admit.
Although he may be too famous to fuck Dewitt, I do not think he is too pretty to do so. So if Dewitt were to see Will stocking in a grocery store, he should definitely try to throw a fuck that way!

His album Echoes is one of his best. I loved all the previous singles and this one is just pop perfection. It reminds me of old George Michael songs. Wish it could be a hit in North America.

Check out his song “Take control” if you can find it on youtube. It was a B-side on one of his singles and one of his best songs in my opinion. Everyone will know someone that the song will apply to.
