Why Didn’t I Watch NASCAR Racing Before?!

Carl Edwards

It seems like I may become a fan of NASCAR racing after a shirtless picture of Carl Edwards popped up on the internet. Edwards poses semi-nude in ESPN's The Magazine's first "Body Issue" which is hitting newsstand October 9th. However, after some vigorous researching, I learned that this wasn't the first time Edwards was flaunting his hot muscular body for a magazine. He was previously on a cover of ESPN bringing sexy to the race track with his hard rock abs. Yummy… I want to work his stick shift.

  1. Before now, I always thought NASCAR stood for Non-Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks. Several of their drivers are good looking, but who knew what they were hiding under those jumpsuits? WOOF!

  2. i first noticed the sexiness of Carl Edwards from the cover of Men’s Fitness… or Men’s Health… he was shirtless there too

  3. this is old news
and jeremy s has no idea what he’s talking about. yeah, driving a car that gets around 130 degrees inside requires NO stamina or athleticism whatsoever.

  4. At the risk of starting a totally unrelated discussion thread, it doesn’t take much athleticism to keep turning a steering wheel to the left (the late Dale Earnhardt did not have an athlete’s body). Stamina yes, athleticism no. I would put golfers in the same category; they only use one muscle group –shoulders– for the opening drive. Middle aged executives and weekend warriors with beer guts have just enough strength to move the ball off of the green before getting into their golf carts. That doesn’t make them athletes.
