You don't want to look like a mannequin in your profile photo, so avoid taking a straight-on photo with your arms to your side.
I mean, how often do you stand like that in real life? Unless you're flexing your muscles for the camera, your profile photo pose should look as natural as possible. If you insist on taking a straight-on photo, try crossing your arms or stretching them over your head. Just remember–rigid is never sexy. Well, unless it's a hard, rigid cock.
