It’s ok if you think you’re in love with a merman. We all are after looking at these pictures. This is swimming sensation Ryan Lochte. He has the aquatic prowess of Michael Phelps, but he’s a helluva lot cuter.
Lochte’s from New York and he’s won multiple Olympic medals (three of them gold) with his powerful backstroke. Insert your “I’ve got something he can stroke” joke here.
And speaking of Phelps, Ryan beat him last July at the World Swimming Championships in Shanghai in the 200-meter freestyle and 200-meter individual medley. He’s going to rip the Speedo right off him in this summer’s Olympics! We hope. Hopefully they get in an actual Speedo-ripping brawl.

He grew up around here. Saw him an at exhibition/meet kinda event once last year at the college. He is INFINITELY hotter than Phelps.

Glad to see the Olympic committee banned those ugly full body suits, but they still use those knee-length shorts. Bring back the original Speedos!
