With all this hoopla over Adam Lambert vs. Kris Allen as an allegory for our culture wars, one person whose vote must have taken a lot of thought is Ted Haggard (he's gay and a Christian, what to do!?). We all remember Ted as the pastor who got caught more than once having sex with men… and now he's apparently on Twitter.
His Twitter post makes it clear he's all about Kris Allen for the win. Now some may chalk it up to the Christian thing, but I think he's just got a bit of a man crush on Kris.
With all that said, I hope religion and sexuality stay out of it as much as possible, isn't this thing supposed to be about singing after all?
