Sing Me a Song and Lick Me

Gay Flies

Is it possible there’s a Gay Gene, a clear indicator that
would determine whether you prefer the va-jay-jay or the mangina?

Researchers in Chicago who like to watch fruit flies get it on decided they wanted to spice things up
at the laboratory. They discovered a ‘gender
blind’ gene, which if mutated, makes males horny for other males as well as
females.

"We put the males together, and they did to each other
what they do when they’re interested in a female: They approach her, sing her a
song, lick her … and mount her," researcher David Featherstone told

Even though a fruit fly is a far evolutionary cry from a
pig, bear, otter, or human being, this seems a small piece of evidence that
homosexuality is more nature than nurture. If they ever prove gayness is genetic, I bet we’ll get equal rights
faster than you can say Shelly sells seashells by the homo fruit flies on the
rotting banana by the seashore.
