“Real Men” Modeling Underwear

This is great! The Sun in the UK thought it would be fun to re-shoot mens’ underwear ads with  “real men”. And I gotta say, I think the real dudes are hotter. Reality occasionally trumps fantasy. Maybe it’s because they’re attainable? Or it’s because the bald musclebear is the bald musclebear.

  1. I think the “real men” are more attractive than the fake ones!!
Except for that small guy on the left in the last pic…just no.
The bear is the sexiest 🙂

  2. Yay for body acceptance and being proud of how god made you-but that’s still David Gandy in the picture. That’s not fair.

  3. I like the bear but the fella in the glasses is the one I like the best. Always did prefer the average Joe.

  4. So did God make all the disabled and deformed people the way they are too?
Do they teach biology and/or the theory of evolution in US schools?

  5. “Real”

So, if you work as a model, or are physically fit, you’re intrinsically fake, counterfeit, and not real?

Average or regular would be more appropriate. Real is a misuse of language.

I like the thrust of the project though.

  6. “Real” is an appropriate term since the models are either photoshopped, lit, made up, or moistened, especially the Armani guy. The average guys are just themselves, like you would find them on any given day.

  7. Plenty of “real” men can take thirty minutes each day for a quick workout. I’m not sure what the photos on the left are intended to show.

  8. Yeah, I’m more into real body types. I cringe when queens call guys in porn fat — when they are anything but.
