Menya – (So What) I Hook Up (Kelly Clarkson Cover): Menya has been tearing up the internet with their sexed-up remake of Justin Bieber's "Babies", but it wasn't the first time they ever released a cover song! Their free Sleepover Series mixtape features covers of Kelly Clarkson and Vanessa Carlton, as well as a handful of original tracks. "Heavy" is highly recommended.

Late Night Alumnis – Light Reading: Craving some sexy vocals over a laid-back beat? Then you should probably listen to "Light Reading" by Late Night Alumnis. I don't know much about this band, but this song makes me want to know more!

She & Him – Thieves: When most actresses try to cross over to music, it comes off as insincere or a total disaster. That's certainly not the case with Zooey Deschanel. With a bit of twang and some indie pixie dust, her stellar vocals capture your heart faster than you can say 500 Days of Summer.

Sugababes – Wear My Kiss (Switch Remix): The Sugababes haven't had much luck with the lead-up singles to their upcoming album Sweet 7. Perhaps they'd be better off if the original version of "Wear My Kiss" sounded a little bit more like Switch's remix? At least I'd be paying more attention to them!
