Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka are the latest to join the surrogacy club, as they're currently looking for a baby mama to pop out a child. Rumor has it that they're using the same agency as Sarah Jessica Parker. OMG! SJP and NPH are totes coffee twins.
