This cover of Electric Youth! (EY!) might look like it came from the 70's, but it's recent. The magazine has neither a website nor wide distribution in the U.S., but according to Stylelist it's "a homoerotic remix of the teen-mag… genre dedicated to up-and-coming male models."
In the magazine, Justin only calls Miley a "best friend," which is wise considering she's still statutory territory. But do you suppose he might be gay, and using her as a beard?

And why the hell else would a father allow his 16 year old daughter to “date” an almost 21 year old young [COUGH] man with raging hormones?
I sure as hell wouldn’t trust that a 21 year old straight guy with raging hormones wouldn’t be trying to bone my 16 year old daughter! And if he weren’t trying to bone her, he’d either have to be gay or boning someone else.
Because yes, it is statutory territory and no 21 year old guy with raging hormones is going to wait TWO years to get legally laid!
