I agree with just banning circumcision. It’s a form of genital mutilation that has been justified by religion/society. If uncut cocks provide more sensitivity, I would have cum from just touching it when younger. I was born in another country, so to help me to be more “American” my parents had me circumsized when I was five years old (in San Diego).
