Madonna and her Brazilian boy toy, Jesus Luz, are featured in a steamy spread in W Magazine for their February issue where Luz nearly bares it all. Photographer Steven Klein teamed up with Madge for this spread, which was shot in Rio De Janeiro on Madonna's Sticky & Sweet tour.
I can't blame Madonna for keeping this one around, he's sexy! Madonna is certainly embracing the cougar title whole-heartedly.

Sexy and fun, its amazing how people come up with such rude comments for a woman who has always flaunted her sexuality to us, and thankfully so. But once again, we have judgements from people who could only wish they looked half as good at 50. Hats off Madonna, you rock! As for the haters, bury your heads, you just can’t take it!
