Duh! Though the "Stepford Wife" thing is throwing me off a little. If this isn't about Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, my next guess is Faith Hill and Tim McGraw. Referencing her role in The Stepford Wives (rather than her music career) is certainly subtle enough to keep this blind item "blind".
But let's be real… the gay rumors have practically been flying about Tom Cruise since he was born. And I can think of a certain "high-profile man" he could be having a "very personal relationship" with.
