We've already spoken out against the fashion monstrosity known as toe shoes, and we were sad to discover that one of our favorite celebrities was spotted wearing them. Yes, we fully grasp that they're good for exercising. And yes, we understand that this hottie was emerging from an intense workout. But it still hurts us deep inside.
Are toe shoes going to be the Crocs of 2010? We sure hope not, because we may have to start a crusade if people start wearing these on a casual basis. You know that I'd rarely turn down a guy for a shag, but if he showed up at my door wearing these? I might consider turning him away.

Ok if you had actually worn a pair of these you would know how amazing they are. It feels like you are barefoot. And yes, there are some incredible tacky ones, but some of the are really stylish!
This makes me sad on so many levels.
1) The gay rumors were squashed when that photo was taken; and
2) WHAT THE HELL happened to Channing Tatum? Not cute at all. He used to be my favorite — fantasies of me in a threesome with him and Ryan Philippe. Now I wouldn’t even touch him.
Stop being screaming queens for 1 minute, please? Thees shoes are not meant to look good. The vibram five finger shoes are meant to provide balance and support for sporting activities/work-outs/ aquatic sports (it’s not like I can say water sports without everyone giggling.) I’ve owned a pair for about 4 months now and efing love them. I don’t wear them to the bar or anything but there is simply nothing better when I go boating/canoeing/kayaking. So give ’em a chance guys…I mean, the name has “fingers” in it I thought that thought that alone would be enough.

Channing could be gaining weight for a part. Actors do that all the time. Of course, I’m using the word “actor” lightly. Channing should stick to modelling.

i don’t feel that these are as bad as are being made out.. ..i should say that these shoes might be perfectly appropriate ‘just for going out,’ or if you want to walk or run a mile or two.

of course these Toe Shoes are unusual; but in comparison to some of the other Adornments i’ve seen people don.. ..the V.P.P. might just be A Saint.
