I still pop a semi every time I listen to Nakia‘s rendition of “Sex On Fire” from the first season of The Voice. And while I know you don’t need another “give this random person money!” post in your life, try to put those feelings aside for a moment and consider donating at least $10 toward this talented (and openly gay, might I add) singer making his brand new album. No pressure or anything!
Truthfully, I realize that 98% of you have never heard of Nakia or ever watched a single episode of The Voice, but that shouldn’t influence your decision on whether to support his artistry. I also realize that some of you shallow fuckers are going to be like, “Ew, a bear!”, but that would be an even worse reason to not support him.
Then, of course, I realize that some of you can’t afford to help out. That’s cool. You don’t need to donate. I’ve been there, and I understand.
