The trial of alleged gay porn killer Harlow Cuadra is coming to a close after Cuadra testified in his own defense yesterday. This comes after his partner in crime, Joseph Kerekes, took the stand and decided he would not testify after all.
Kerekes said before leaving the court room, "I've been thinking a lot about my parents. It would destroy them to say I did something I didn't do."
After the surprising news, Cuadra took the stand and got emotional at times. He told the court that Kerekes committed the murder saying "[Kerekes] takes out this knife and slashes him. Bryan immediately grabs his throat." He also claimed Kerekes was an abusive, controlling and violent person.
Cuadra faces the death penalty in the case which is set to hear closing arguments today. Let me know what you think about this whole sordid affair.

this entire case is completely confusing. The two men were in the gay porn industry and one decides to kill off the competition…because? He gained nothing from doing this at all.
I knew Bryan Kochis very well. I live here in Scranton, PA and was a bartender at a local gay bar. Brian used to come in and he would be so kind and courteous. I cant believe these 2 guys can kill someone so nice, all for money and more share of gay porn sites. They should hang these 2 idiots by their little peepee’s. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. God Bless the Kochis family during this hard time.
I remember this story well as I grew up in this area…. this was all done for money… not for anything else but money… it’s sad…
