If you were planning on having gay sex anytime soon in India, you have the go-ahead from the Delhi High Court. Sodomy laws were still in place in that country, which has one of the largest gay populations in the world.
The ruling only applies to the National Capital Territory, but is likely to set a precedent for the entire nation in the coming months. So all you gay Indians and those who want some Delhi lovin', rejoice!

The ruling actually applies throughout india until challanged. The law was re-interpreted which means that the position of the court on the article dealing with ‘unnatural sex’ aka sodomy has been defined.
