Gay Ass Gossip: Russell Crowe Wants Your Wagon To Stay Covered

ITEM – Grumpy actor Russell Crowe made one of the bigger mistakes anyone can make in this age of instantaneous digital communication. Tweeting/Facebooking/e-mailing drunk! They really should have some sort of breathalyzer attachment on people’s laptops and handhelds to prevent these mistakes. Crowe went off about how circumcision is evil, and then said some condescending shit about Jewish people:

Here’s a life rule, if you can’t spell it, don’t do it.

Circumcision is barbaric and stupid. Who are you to correct nature? Is it real that GOD requires a donation of foreskin? Babies are perfect.

I love my Jewish friends, I love the apples and the honey and the funny little hats, but stop cutting your babies.

I will always stand for the perfection of babies. I will always believe in God, not man’s interpretation of what God requires. Last of it, if you feel it is your right to cut things off your babies please unfollow and fuck off; I’ll take attentive parenting over barbarism.

Shit, remind me to not to shower with Russ at the gym. I don’t want him seeing I’m cut, and slapping my mom. This morning Crowe’s publicist obviously got on his (uncut?) dick about sounding anti-Semitic. There seems to be a lot of celebrity publicists having to scramble and browbeat their clients when they act the fool lately. He Tweeted:

I have a deep and abiding love for all people of all nationalities. I’m very sorry that I have said things on here that have caused distress. My personal beliefs aside I realize that some will interpret this debate as me mocking the rituals and traditions of others. I am very sorry.

Russ has been a bitch ever since he lost his L.A. Confidential hotness, and became a bear. But who hasn’t done something regrettable on their phone after a couple of drinks? Like checking in on FourSquare at your sidepiece’s house. Don’t do that.

ITEM – This is painful to report, but scrumptiousness incarnate Chris Evans has revealed that he’s going bald. Frown.

“I have no problem saying this, but I’m losing my hair,” he said. Having signed up for three Captain America films and three The Avengers movies, the 29-year-old admitted he worries about his future as the superhero. “The fear is this [role] can span 10 years so I can be doing this character until I’m 40,” he shared. “I’m supposed to be like this superior human. He can’t be balding…How horrible would it be if this superior man has male pattern baldness?”

You know what, though? Bruce Willis is still hot. Jason Statham is crazy hot. There are PLENTY of hot buzzed actors out there. It will be ok. We’ll get through it somehow. It’s good that he put it out there or he could end up living a life of lies like this one.

ITEM – Leonardo DiCaprio….pause. Do you find him hot? Hmmm, he’s kinda squinty. And he seems like he might be an uptight prick. Plus, a guy who only dates models comes off as sorta vapid. He looked good in The Beach and maybe Blood Diamond. That’s it – his attractiveness is related to his tan. Wow, who am I calling vapid?

Gossip Girl‘s mumbly Blake Lively has a movie coming out, so her publicist scored hugely by getting Leo to fuck her and then squire her around for the time being. He just broke up with his model girlfriend, and Blake knows better than to keep calling Ben Affleck because Jennifer Garner will school her ass. So she’s on Leo now, releasing nude pics of herself, and probably making sure Green Lantern will triumph at the box office. Well played, Blake and Blake’s publicist. Leo’s probably just like “tall, blonde, whatever, get on my dick. I have a meeting with Marty Scorcese in an hour.”

  1. I actually would have respected Russell Crowe more if he would have stuck to his guns instead of bending to the pressures of being PC in the media

  2. Russell is right, even if he’s being a little insensitive about it. Circumcision is unnecessary and potentially dangerous, and we don’t have the right to alter children’s bodies in the name of God, we have the right to alter our own bodies in the name of God.

  3. Russell you keep your dick the way you like it and I’ll keep mine the way I like it.
Your opinion means nothing, just like so many others, opinions are like assholes, everyone has one, some used more then others. I’ll take a nice HARD throbbing cut cock  over a cock that doesn’t get 100% hard and the head is so sensitive you can’t  do much  with it. Thanks Mom and Dad for having the forsight to remove the foreskin.

  4. His opinion may mean little to you, but he has the right to express it, just like you have the right to express yours.

Your statements are fundamentally silly. You can’t keep your dick anything because your foreskin has been removed. The choice was made for you before you could exercise any control over the situation. You may like your penis just fine and you may enjoy exercising a bigoted preference for circumcised men, but the idea that this decision should be foisted on infants who cannot choose for themselves whether to irreparably alter their body is disgusting. This is a decision that should only be made by an informed adult human and only over their own body.

I am disgusted when people support removing the prepuce of clits and I see no reason why dicks should be any different.

  5. Hman said ‘I’ll take a nice HARD throbbing cut cock over a cock that doesn’t get 100% hard and the head is so sensitive you can’t do much with it.’

Personally in the 20 odd yrs I’ve been sexually active, I’ve never met an uncut guy who’s not been able to get fully erect, or take a damn good oral ‘Hoovering’, myself included.

‘Thanks Mom and Dad for having the forsight to remove the foreskin.’

The foreskin is there for a reason, it’s not a facial caul.

  6. I’m circumcised and it may be the the only thing my parents did right for me, lol,

But, I do agree that parents shouldn’t circumcise their children until their children request it to be done.

There are definite benefits to being cut over being uncut but, that decision should be up to the individual.

As much as it pains me to agree with Russell Crowe :-(~ lol

  7. Everyone has their societal preferences and we all know gay men can be very critical of “the penis” but Crowe is correct in stating the obsurdity of circumcision in the name of God and cleanliness. A lot of stupid stuff is done in the “name of God”. The fact that anyone would be debating or “up in arms” over someone’s personal view… Of the penis…is pretty idiotic. Really ?! Put your mouth to good use and stuff it with a cock!

  8. Please guys, don’t talk about shit that is not important like Russell Crowe’s opinions on cut cocks. These comments should be all about Blake Lively and how is she gonna be Ms. Di Caprio. Focus on the real matters for a minute, LOL.

  9. I totally agree with Russell Crowe, even though I’m an Atheist and so don’t believe that God made babies perfect.  But millions of years of evolution DID make babies perfect and without need of perfection.  Foreskin is there for many good reasons.  Read the literature and research, people.

  10. I’m British…and not Jewish…he can shower with me any day…I’m all there with that… :o)

  11. I couldn’t appreciate Russell Crowe’s comment more if I tried.  With a possible ballot measure in San Francisco being proposed that would ban circumcision in that city, and with movements in the works to make the circumcision of infants a human rights violation…it may seem out of the blue but his rant is moderately pertinent.

Encouragingly, new parents are actually asked whether they’d like to have the procedure performed, something that in most hospitals didn’t occur for something in the ball park of the last 50 years or so.   And according to a stat I read, but cannot site, the practice is down from 87% to around 35%.

When you factor in that it isn’t a 100% safe procedure, the infants aren’t anesthetized in any way and while incredibly rare, babies have died, or gotten infections that have destroyed their genitals.  I just cannot personally comprehend it, and further more I get pretty pissed because it was done to me, without my parents even being asked.

  12. I love the articles that theres “reasons” for circumcision…

There is as much reason for circumcision as there is to shave your chest. You might think it looks nice… There are some other unrealistic expectations people may have, but overall there is no scientific reason for circumcision.

uncircumcised men don’t have “more” infections. Nor are they overall much more sensitive. Definitely not “so” sensitive that they can’t be touched. Who knows, they actually say sex is more enjoyable with a little added sensitivity.

What I do know is that babies can’t choose for themselves, and since there is no scientific reason to permanently change the infant, I completely agree, we shouldn’t be messing with the design. If anything the 1/1000 chances something might go wrong…. is 1/1000 of a risk you are putting the child in unnecessarily.

  13. P.S.   And, A LOT of babies AREN’T born perfect so, let’s leave God(s) out of it, o.k. !

    PLEASE !  😉 lol

  14. parents make MANY decisions for the well-being of their children without seeking their consent: immunization is one of them. To all the sanctimonious baby activists out there: contracting measles, mumps, rubella, chickenpox, polio, tetanus, etc… is only “natural” — and, hey, if they survive (whether you beilieve in God or Darwin) then that just meansbetter genetic stock to pass down to future generations!

  15. Do you remember being circumcised? That’s the idea of it, done before you can remember, done before it’s traumatic.

  16. Kudos to Drew and Closetreader, you said it far better than I ever could.
Also, hat off to Chris Evans. He’s always struck me as a decent, down-to-earth guy, but now I like him even more.

  17. I refused to be vilified as a deformed member of society just because I don’t have a foreskin. Just because my parents chose to circumcise me a birth, it doesn’t mean that I am not a whole person. I do no need Russell Crowe to belittle me.

  18. Whether it’s mentally traumatic or not is beside the point. The point is that circumcision entails the removal of a piece of your genitalia that you can never really get back. If this is done to infants, it is done before the person can give consent to the operation. Seeing as no pediatric or medical association has endorsed the practice as anything but a cosmetic surgery, I posit that there is no reason to deny someone the right to decide this for themselves. As an adult.

I mean, by this logic, all sorts of things would be permissible so long as the infant couldn’t remember it. If you’re going to construct a defense of the practice of circumcision, you’ll need more than the non sequitur of no memory = no trauma therefore it’s okay.

  19. scroll up, Drew… parents don’t need their infants’ permission for all sorts of things. let it go.

  20. I’ve had plenty of cut and uncut, and again my opinion, but the cut ones are more fun for me,  I’m not bigoted toward uncut cock, love them all, just like cut ones better.
I’ve known a few men who in there mid 30’s  had circumcisons and at that age it was very painful, as an infant the penis is numbed and it heals very quickly.
As for decisions made for you as an infant, I am sure your parents did not ask your permission about how you we’re taken care of ,both mentally and phsyicially, or what they put in your mouth for food with out your consent, Not everything in our lives can be determined by oneself, do as you please, just don’t ask the rest of us to follow or be told by some law that we have too.

  21. No, my parents didn’t consult me on what to feed me, or how to care for me. The very notion is idiotic and a false equivalency on your part. Of course they couldn’t consult me as a child about my welfare because I could not make informed decisions then and waiting until an adult would, of course, have resulted in my death. The notion that you think circumcision and food are similar in that regard is a little disconcerting. If my parents would have waited until I could choose for myself whether to keep my foreskin I wouldn’t have died. I would have been just fine.

You say that not everything in our lives can be determined by ourselves – this is, of course, true. But everything that can be left up to us should be left up to us. There is absolutely no reason why parents need to cut their baby’s dick. I can choose that for myself how best to treat my junk, thanks very much, I don’t need my parents imposing their views about aesthetics or religion onto it for me.

Finally, I never said anything about laws. I don’t support legal restrictions on male circumcisions, though I view it as fundamentally hypocritical that we protect girls legally but not boys. I do not support San Francisco’s proposed circumcision ban. I do, however, support people researching the procedure themselves, including the complications and hypothesized damaged to sensation. I also support trying to convince people to let their boys exercise freedom of choice over their body by waiting until the boy can decide for himself whether he wants to be circumcised.

  22. How about vaccinations? Certainly not necessary. You could certainly live a full life without ever being vaccinated against anything. Parents choose to have their children injected with needles all the time.

  23. What about the sheer horror that is a mom getting her little girl’s ears pierced? Oh, the brutality! They should wait until she’s 18 so she can make the decision to be maimed herself!

  24. Ear piercings involve the irreparable removal of ear lobes, Bill? I didn’t know that, thanks for enlightening me with your asinine equivalency! /sarcasm

  25. There is almost no evidence that vaccines cause harm, while a mountain of evidence that they prevent illness. But again, show me how a vaccine is actually like circumcision. How does injecting a vaccine into an infant equal removing part of their genitalia permanently?

  26. It’s something unnecessary and painful and the child isn’t given an option. I love how you include “almost” no evidence vaccines cause harm. Just like there is “almost” no evidence that circumcision is beneficial.

  27. And there have been numerous instances of people stretching their foreskins back out! It may not end up as if you’d never been circumcised at all, but it’s certainly not irreparable!

  28. But once again, this is a false equivalency.  Are vaccines painful? Yes. Are they unnecessary? Not really, if you consult a host of pediatric medical associations. Do they involve the removal of a body part for essentially cosmetic reasons? Abso-fucking-lutely not.

I didn’t say anything about “almost no evidence circumcision is beneficial.” You either just attributed that to me erroneously or assumed my position. My statement about vaccines was necessarily couched because I am not an expert; to my knowledge there is little to no evidence vaccines are harmful.

  29. Nerve endings are damaged or removed during circumcision that cannot be replaced/regrown during foreskin restoration. Skin can be stretched to stimulated growth an approximate foreskin but there is most certainly irreparable damage that does not equate an ear piercing. Ear piercings heal. I had one for years and the hole closed up just fine when I took it out. Sure, there’s a scar, but that’s not really the same as – you know, having your foreskin cut off.

  30. Wow, way to be up on the whole debunked autism-vaccine link. This research has been thoroughly discredited.

  31. Lol no it hasn’t. There is no definitive proof that the levels of mercury in some vaccinations never have any effect on the mental development of children.

  32. I don’t know if I can post links in this discussion, but all you have to do is Google “autism vaccines” or “Andrew Wakefield fraud” to find news stories covering the debunking of this hypothesis and the finding that this is build on a paper that was falsified by the author to find an autism-vaccine link. The fact that you remain willfully ignorant of this is astounding.

  33. Nope. We both have damaged or missing nerves. We both have missing foreskins. On top of that we both have scars.

  34. I would certainly agree that not all vaccines cause autism in all children … I would also agree that you need to quit being a pussy about the fact that you parents cut off your foreskin, or the kids in the locker room made fun of you for having a foreskin, or whatever it is that’s got your panties in a bunch.

  35. I bet you fondly miss all of that extra sensation your felt in your penis while you were in the womb!

  36. I see plenty of articles that say there is inadequate information to definitively link autism to vaccines. There is nothing to suggest there is no link. You can’t say for certain that vaccines have never caused autism in any children simply because it doesn’t cause autism in ALL children.

  37. No, I can’t say for certain. But using your logic, I can’t say for certain that…nearly anything doesn’t cause autism. Because this is a hypothesis, it is up to the supporters of this view to proffer substantial and convincing evidence that it is a true hypothesis. They have failed to do so thus far, and, in fact, have put forth research that is disreputable and false.

  38. No, I don’t miss the sensation. Because I’ve never known anything different. But that was never the issue, was it? The issue was whether it is ethical to remove part of a boy’s genitals before he can give consent.

  39. There is anecdotal evidence of children there were no signs of autism or autism-like traits until shortly after they received their first vaccinations. Now I realize a child could come down with chicken pox shortly after eating chicken and it wouldn’t relate the two, but we *know* what causes chicken pox. There is no definitive answer to what causes autism in many cases.

  40. I don’t really consider skin to be genitals. You’re not removing a testicle, or part of the shaft.

  41. All I know is that by being circumsized, you cut down the risk of getting HIV by 60% and it is much easier to stay clean down there. I think everyone should ask their parents why they chose circumcision or why they didn’t and see what their answer is. 😉

  42. JC I always understood that the best way of cutting down the risk of HIV infection, circumcised or uncircumcised, was adopting safe sex practices or have I been misled? 😉

  43. circumcision. well if it’s religious then using some fucking anesthetic! It’s traumatic to anyone and worse on women. Wake up and better yet leave all men and women as they made – unless they choose to do it of their free will.
And what’s wrong with Russell Crowe saying that? If a jew doesn’t feel offended and can say the same thing – then he did nothing to apologize for. But it’s make nice face to everyone – I know the biz! CHEEEZE! Leo – hot. And available and what’s wrong with models? Male models I’ve seen here or met in person are people too. And as deep as you want to go the right one will. Who says a model is vapid? A job says nothing about the person unless you believe it to be so. SO lighten up, stop butchering babies, free willy and let’s all play with a little less attitude. Humanity and human rights don’t touch circumcision – and I say why the hell not? If you talk to Mrs. Bowie she’s going to give you sincere and traumatic insight into the barbarism still going on. Let’s get into the 20th century. It’s the best religion can do, what can I say?

Be free to be yourself with confidence.
And if you need your foreskin back you can find a way, I did and I love the hyper sensitivity it gave me. I felt like I was 15 and coming in ten seconds! It was a fresh start even if it does roll back with a hardon. I love how it looks and it took only 16 months. To some it IS important. Let’s let everyone have an opinion whether we like it or not. People are dying in Syria for less!

  44. this is Manhuint…so iwould fuck all 3…one at a time or 2, or 3…makes no difference…and i like their movies too…lol…as for snippin off baby’s penis tips..OMG…weird religious practice  but i like that my parents did it for me…have a nice cut 8 inch thick cock that luvs to fuck…

  45. Russel, this is part of their religious doctrine, it has been going on for 1000’s of years. Their not going to change so drop it.
Chris, with a body ( and package) like yours, who’s going to be looking at the top of your head?
    Leo… I got nothin’

  46. Hmmm, regardless I’d still love a go in the sack with Russell. I’m uncut and would gladly give him my cock to play with 😉

  47. I have a problem with the fact that this discriminates against an entire religion. I mean….really? No one else has that issue?

  48. We don’t allow any kind female genital cutting despite it being a Muslim cultural practice.

  49. Why’s he apologising? He’s right! The ritual of the bris should be abhorred. It’s the rest of the superstitions & beliefs on faith that should be mocked, Jewish, or otherwise. Maybe especially Mormonism cos the guy who founded the religion actually admitted to making it all up!

  50. Stop, girls. You’re both pretty.

I love being bitchy, too, but how hard is it to use Google to get case studies instead of endlessly twisting rhetoric? Not very:

    >>Circumcision done early completely eliminates penile cancer: http://www.circs.org/index.php/Library/Schoen
    >>Circumcision limits cervical cancer: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2071362/pdf/brjcancer00487-0003.pdf
    >>Intact labia show more correlation with cancer than intact foreskins: http://www.circumstitions.com/Cancer.html

I’m circumcised, my fiance isn’t. We manage simultaneous orgasms about a third of the time. Otherwise, I usually come first. Does that prove my circumcised head is more sensitive than his? Maybe, but No. It means I can’t help myself, because he’s so fucking hot.

To plagiarize freely, the issue of circumcision distracts the public’s attention from
avoiding known penile cancer risk factors—unprotected sexual
relations with multiple partners (increasing the likelihood of human
papillomavirus infection), cigarette smoking, and smegma irritation especially when exacerbated by difficulty in foreskin retraction [phimosis].

  51. What is it about the desert nomads and foreskins? Islam also circumcises. So that’s discrimination against 2 major religions, which, ironically, has Jews and Muslims united in San Francisco. [http://religion.blogs.cnn.com/2011/06/10/]

  52. am cut myself, and have been with guys cut & uncut, doesn’t matter as long as either is CLEAN!

now looking at Chris Evans differently, imagine him in Captain America costume, shoving a thick
U/C cock in my mouth!  🙂
