I bet we all celebrated during Barack Obama's inauguration. Well at least I know Diane Sawyer did. It seems like Diane had a little too much to drink the night of the inauguration because she seems a bit tipsy while on-air the next morning. I'm not sure if she was drunk or not but it sure seemed like it! Watch the video and judge yourself.
