A 2nd grade teacher in NY is suing to get her job back. Why? She was fired for sleeping with a student, but she contends that depends on your definition of "student." Sounds like Bill Clinton talking about the definition of "is."
Anyway, the story is that when this elementary teacher was 34 she shacked up with a 17-year-old who had left school to model for Hugo Boss. So the lady claims since he wasn't in school, he was fair game.
Perhaps the wackiest thing is that they now live together in Queens and have a child. Where's Jerry Springer when you need him?
