Did I miss that Ciara got some crazy plastic surgery? This paparazzi shot was taken as she headed over to pal Kim Kardashian's birthday party, and she looks like her face was mashed up with Lindsay Lohan's or something. Seriously! I don't even recognize the girl in this picture.
There's been talk around town that fame changed the once humble R&B singer. Could pressure to keep up with the Hollywood lifestyle be taking its toll on her? Or maybe this is just a bad angle.

well i still think she looks great and if it is her way of feeling great about herself then i have no complains, i will still remain a fan all the way out, i mean people still loves madonna threw out all her plastic surgery. . .why should this be any different?

She looks pretty now, but I thought she looked good before. I do hope it’s just a bad angle. If she did have work done, that’s her prerogative. But it’s too bad she felt that she had to do that. She was attractive the way she was before.
I think she just gained some weight. She still looks good.
