I was perfectly comfortable in my own body until I saw these pictures of Chris R. by Rick Day. I’d say I’m really turned on by them, but I’ve really just been staring at them for the past half hour and contemplating how anyone ever gets their body to look like that.
Don’t get me wrong! He’s totally hot and everything. As soon as I get over my personal insecurities, I will surely shoot a thick wad of jizz all over my abs. My abs that aren’t even close to looking like this. In fact, they’re so not close that I’m not even sure you can call them “abs”… Ugh, I’m not sure whether this guy makes me want to hit the gym or hit up a cheesburger joint. #GayDilemmas

Dewitt – Some things aren’t worth giving up. I’d say… enjoy the cheeseburger joint! I know I’m never… EVER… going to come close to this guy in terms of body fat or muscle composition. I think that’s rather unrealistic for 95% of us. Having said that… it just makes me look at him from an anatomical standpoint. He’s quite handsome, but honestly… I’d rather have a guy with a normal/average body – someone who enjoys a cheeseburger as well as a 90 minute workout a few times a week.
OK…the rest of you can keep your fat, old tired bodies…I’ll take this guy ANYDAY. He is beautiful, has wonderful genes, and spends a lot of time keeping his body fine tuned…and I bet he NEVER eats a McFat burger..and good for him. Screw normal.

This is genetics. Everybody can improve their appearance with diet and exercise and training, but…
…to get a core like this requires that you be born with the capacity. It’s like dick size. You have to learn to be content with the blessings given to you, realizing that blessings are not equitably doled out to all.
It does make you wonder if these guys have that body dismorphia thing? No matter how good they look, all they see are the flaws. I believe that anyone who can achieve this kind of body has more issues than a news stand.

Scott B, you are spot on here. I’ve been in the fitness industry for many years and I am lucky that I have great arms without doing a lot for them and people always ask how to get triceps like mine. I honestly tell them that I thank my parents and train enough to keep them that way. My midsection on the other hand has always been a struggle for me – in the right light I have a decent six pack but it really does have to be great lighting. This guy Chris R is just one of those genetic freaks who probably doesn’t even do a lot of ab work. Lucky bugger!
