Did you ever think that C-3PO and R2-D2 were bumping circuits? Well, according to Sean Dahlberg of BioWare, homosexuality isn't present in the Star Wars universe, making it irrelevant to their games and the entire franchise. BioWare has refused to let gamers create gay characters and has even censored individuals who try to use the words "homosexual", "gay" or "lesbian" in their forums.
It's been pointed out that one of their previous games, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, hints at a lesbian subplot. Apparently the company is cool with a little girl-on-girl action, but when the potential for butt-sex comes into the equation, they're quick to shout "no homo".
Isn't it a little ridiculous for them to claim that there is absolutely no gay activity in a fictional universe that they didn't create? Apparently a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away… everyone was straight.

I think it’s nice when companies make their views clear. That way I can avoid giving money to businesses with immoral beliefs that I disagree with. 🙂
