Back in March, we were extremely surprised when Sade achieved the impossible by surpassing Lady Gaga on our Weekly Top Ten charts. And now there's a chance it'll happen again! Ms. Adu and the crew are finally releasing the second single from Soldier of Love, entitled "Babyfather".
While most of us may not be able to relate to the subject matter, it doesn't make the song any less enjoyable. Click through to check out the music video, and let us know what you think. Could Sade pull another upset on this weekend's countdown?

Loved Sade forever, but this one’s pretty sleepy.
That was a really pretty song. Video and all.
Okay…I’m sorry…but Sade is just looking HOTT in that video. And she’s 51!! Damn!
As far as the song, it’s the only really upbeat song on the album. The only other choice I’d have picked for a single is ‘The Moon and the Sky’. ‘Babyfather’ is bright and happy and very well done.

Nice mellow song and she looks great.
The video is simple, but it deals with a very real subject that is affecting alot of people nowadays. I dont think the subject of children bore out of wedlock should be celebrated. look, sometimes relationships dont work out, but you dont have to have a kid with every man who you date….
Sade is an amazing talent, and the song is great either way.
sidenote: when making jell-o one should allow the jell-o to congeal 50% before adding the fruit..
I don’t think it has the same staying power of Soldier of Love, but nonetheless it’s Sade. Her voice is simple put…beauty. And she is just flawless and stunning. I admire her, because she’s always did her, and it’s always been beautiful and a joy to listen to whatever she puts out.
I heard this song on Dancing with the “stars” and I thought it was adorable…>w<
