As obnoxious as this statement may sound, Florence Welch can best be described as Kate Bush reinvented for the Twitter generation. Unlike some people who are weird for the sake of being weird, her oddness seems to be a part of her identity. And if it's not, she's a damn good actor.
Check out the video for her band Florence and the Machine's new single "Drumming Song". It's not danceable enough to scream "Song of Summer", but you may find yourself performing strange, religious choreography in empty corridors.

The choreography of the video and the appearance of Florence scream Kate Bush, but that’s where the similarities stop. She’s talented in her own right, but listening to this will never remind anyone of “Hounds of Love” or “Wuthering Heights” or any of Kate’s other amazing songs. The vocals are totally totally different.
Oddly reminds me of “Crazy in Love” by Beyonce, the drums…
