Due to popular demand, we’ll definitely be adding Ellie Goulding‘s “Under The Sheets” to this Saturday’s Weekly Top Ten. The singer-songwriter is currently recording her debut album with producer Mark Ronson, the man behind Amy Winehouse‘s “Rehab” and “You Know I’m No Good”.
After a few listens, “Under The Sheets” has been growing on me, but I’m more interested in hearing what else Goulding has to offer. A lot of times, these “next big thing” artists can be ruined by overproduced tracks or too much hype. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for this one, and her cover of Passion Pit‘s “Sleepyhead” certainly helps the case.
