Even before I'd admit to liking the occasional dance track, I had a soft spot in my heart for Basement Jaxx. There was something a little more sophisticated and non-formulaic about their compositions, and it sure helped that they made my ass shake like crazy. Their latest single "Feelings Gone" isn't necessarily my favorite offering from the group, yet I have to admit that it could grow on me.
My biggest gripe about this video? Why, just why, did openly gay singer Sam Sparro bleach his hair? The look isn't working for him at all, and it's a shame… because usually he's such a cutie! At least he sounds good.

It works, he just looks a little more European.
And whenever I hear Sam Sparro, I think “Black & Gold”.
I don’t think he’ll ever top that.
