A very disturbed Ethiopian man has been arrested for trying to send President Barack Obama a letter containing his dried HIV infected blood. Saad Hussein, who is an Ethiopian refugee living in Chicago, was arrested after sending bloody letters to various government agencies, in hopes of reaching The President.
Fox reports:
"In the weeks leading up to Obama's inauguration, Saad Hussein, an Ethiopian refugee in his late 20s, sent an envelope
addressed to 'Barack Obama' to offices of the Illinois government in Springfield, Ill., according to court documents.
The
envelope contained a series of curious items, including a letter with
reddish stains and an admission ticket for Obama's election-night
celebration in Chicago's Grant Park. Court documents said Hussein, who
takes drugs to treat a mental illness, later told FBI agents he is 'very sick with HIV' and cut his fingers with a razor so he could bleed
on the letter."
This man is obviously crazy, and authorities say the letters posed little risk.

if the US mail managed to get the letters to the white house in under half an hour… i’d be surprised.
This is so silly.. And am surprised it got any type of hype at all… such a scary headline for something that had no risk whats so ever of transmitting HIV to anyone….
